Edward M. Kennedy, 1932 – 2009

I have nothing to add to this, except to say that I was convinced until last night that he would find a way to vote for his life’s cause, health care reform, even if it meant being wheeled into the Senate on his hospital bed.  That cause, which he discussed in a Newsweek essay less than a month ago, will have to press on without him.

  1. THanks for this. Ted Kennedy is a case study in why you give people second chances. Because he really did learn from life. And he did good with it.
